The ‘Muenchner Kreis’ – a non-profit supra-national association dedicated to communications research – organised a conference on the topic of the Digital Dividend. DotEcon’s Christian Koboldt gave a presentation on the interaction between the method used for awarding the frequencies that will become available as a result of digital switchover, and the value that can be created from these frequencies for the economy as a whole.
