BIPT hosts Industry Presentation for the forthcoming 3G and 4G awards in Belgium

The Belgian telecommunications regulator, BIPT is planning to award licences for spectrum in the 2.1GHz band and the 2.6GHz band in two separate awards this year. DotEcon is assisting BIPT with the implementation of these awards, which are following rules that were set out in the relevant Royal Decrees. In preparation for these awards, BIPT and its advisors presented details of licence conditions, the award process and auction rules to interested industry parties and media.
