DotEcon supported Octagon Motorsports Ltd in the inquiry. Our evidence was considered by the Commission in its decision to clear Octagon’s agreement with the British Racing Drivers Club Limited under which it was granted a 15-year lease of the Silverstone circuit and took over the operation of the circuit from BRDC.
