Danish Energy Agency publishes draft documents for 1800MHz award

The Danish Energy Agency has today published the draft auction documentation for the forthcoming award of frequencies in the 1800MHz band.  A total of 2×64.9MHz is available for the award.  A multi-round combinatorial auction format is proposed for the assignment of spectrum alongside a coverage obligation that is intended to provide users with a download bit rate of at least 30 Mbit/s and a upload bit rate of at least 3 Mbit/s in a number of specific areas.  The draft auction documents are available from the Agency’s website.

DotEcon is advising the Danish Energy Agency on the award.
