DotEcon, Analysys Mason and Hogan & Hartson have conducted their second workshop for representatives from Member States of the European Union. The team, which is undertaking a major study on the Digital Dividend for the European Commission, presented some of our preliminary conclusions. DotEcon’s Toby Robertson presented on the options for action at the European level to promote more efficient use of dividend spectrum.
