DotEcon assisted the Irish telecommunications regulator ODTR in its assessment of Significant Market Power in the context of implementing the EU telecoms regulatory framework. This involved the design of operator questionnaires and the analysis of returns as well as advice on the conceptual framework for interpreting market data.
