The 4th Annual European Spectrum Management Conference, the leading event of the year for the European and worldwide spectrum community, took place in Brussels on 15-17 June. DotEcon made a presentation on “Technology-neutral auctions” and participated in a panel discussion on “Implementing a framework & instruments for flexible and efficient spectrum licensing & allocation”.
