DotEcon has been appointed by the Norwegian Post and Telecoms Authority (NPT) to advise on the design and implementation of the Norwegian multi-band auction. The award will include spectrum in the 800MHz, 900MHz and 1800MHz frequency bands, and is currently scheduled to start on the 2 Dec 2013.
DotEcon will provide advice on an appropriate auction format, assist with the drafting of auction rules and other auction documents and recommend suitable reserve prices for the auction. DotEcon will also assist NPT with the implementation of the auction.
