DotEcon has been appointed by the Slovenian Post and Electronic Communications Agency (APEK) to advise on the design and implementation of the Slovenian multi-band auction. The award will include spectrum in the 800MHz, 900MHz, 1800MHz, 2100MHz and 2600MHz frequency bands.
DotEcon will provide advice for determining the most appropriate auction format, and assist with the drafting of auction rules and other auction documentation. DotEcon will also provide customised software for running the auction online, and will offer support to APEK during the implementation of the award.
