Norway’s 3.5Ghz auction concluded on 1 December 2004 after 87 rounds with all lots sold, raising revenues of NOK 49.9 million. DotEcon advised telecoms regulator NPT throughout the auction process. As part of the project, we advised on auction rules and designed and implemented the software and security features used to run the online auction.
