The Dutch Parliament has published DotEcon’s report recommending an auction design for the forthcoming Dutch 5G multiband auction. The work was commissioned by the Duch Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate and provided to Parliament on 26 July together with a review undertaken by Peter Cramton.
It will form the basis for the Ministry’s further work on preparing the auction regulations which are expected to be consulted in the fourth quarter of 2019.
