Ofcom has published its
Digital Dividend Review for public consultation, setting out proposals for the most effective use of the radio spectrum released by the switch to all-digital television broadcasting between 2008 and 2012. A key input into the Review has been a study on future options for using the spectrum prepared by a consortium of Analysys, DotEcon, Aegis and Dr Damian Tambini.
