This report, produced by DotEcon and A-Focus, provides recommendations on the use of auctions for spectrum awards in Sweden. It was commissioned by PTS following the passing of a new law that gives the regulator the option for the first time to use auctions for spectrum assignment. It provides recommendations on the use of auctions by PTS. The report was released for public consultation in May 2004. Details of the consultation are available on the PTS web site.
