Dr Dan Maldoom gave a presentation on 11 November 2014 to a joint session of BEREC, the European national regulators grouping, and the RSPG, the advisory body on radio spectrum for the European Commission. The meeting was intended to stimulate debate on twenty years of experience with the use of auctions for radio spectrum allocation in the EU.
