  • Telenor has won 2x20MHz of paired spectrum and 10MHz of unpaired spectrum. The total licence price is DKK 333.333.000.

A further lot of unpaired spectrum (2010-2025MHz) was also offered in the auction but remains unsold.

The prices correspond to approx, €0.20 per MHz per population for the licences including 2x20MHz, which is above the prices paid for similar FDD frequencies in Sweden in 2008.

DotEcon advised NITA on the auction format and the auction was conducted online using DotEcon’s WebBidder auction platform.

Further information about the auction is available on NITA’s web site.
