This report, prepared jointly with BOP Consulting for the UK Intellectual Property Office (IPO, looks at the approaches taken to tackle online copyright infringement in nine countries. It describes the range of different approaches currently being adopted around the world to enforce copyright in the online environment and aims to identify the strengths and weaknesses of different approaches and to establish to what extent enforcement approaches are perceived to be working to reduce infringement levels.
