This presentation was given by Tasneem Azad as part of a project for the European Commission on the strenghtening of capacity of the Croatian Competition Authority, The seminar highlighted the role of competition authorities vis-a-vis regulatory authorities across the EU, and the economic tests applied by competition authorities in assessing potential exploitative or exclusionary behaviour or agreements.
